A laboratory for human and more-than-human wellbeing

Multi-disciplinary creative practices that nurture reconnection with yourself, your team and the natural world.

What guides this practice

The world feels busy, brittle and loud. Yet beneath the noise,
Life keeps asking us to pay attention:

to howwe work,
whatwe make and
whowe are becoming while we do it.

Explore three pathways to wellbeing-centred work

KHANDID.STUDIO exists to help people and organisations listen to that call.

Through interdisciplinary facilitation, creative experimentation, and systems co-design, we’ll explore ways of working that reconnects us humans with living world in non-extractive ways.

The aim is not to fix what is broken but to create the conditions where people, ideas and ecosystems can be well together.

How the work unfolds

Change rarely begins with a fixed plan. It begins with noticing what is already alive.

When we work together, we start by paying attention to the people, the patterns and the possibilities already present.

From there, the process follows a natural rhythm

Each phase supports the next, helping ideas take form and habits take root.

It is not about moving fast, but moving with integrity.

The outcome is a way of working that feels coherent, spacious and alive.

What the working together might look like

They ways I might support what your organisation is becoming takes many forms, depending the need.

It might look like:

Each form begins with the same question:

What wants to come alive here?

Why this approach matters

Because the old ways no longer serve us.
Because the work takes practice, not perfection.
Because these times call for candour, even when our voices shake.
